Information in an inquiry
The idea form requests your name, phone, email and idea description. You may also provide a project type, quantity, date and inspiration file. A linked source project is saved when applicable. Providing information is voluntary; without the required contact details we cannot handle your inquiry or respond. Do not include sensitive information, secrets or other people’s information without permission.
Purpose and access
We use this information to review your request, contact you, plan a product and manage the inquiry. Inquiry files are stored privately and accessible to authorized administrators. Inquiry content and files are excluded from analytics. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
Service providers
The website uses Google Firebase for administrator authentication, the database and file storage, and Resend to notify the business about inquiries. Notification emails may contain inquiry details, but the file itself is not attached. Providers may process information outside Israel under their settings and terms. WhatsApp inquiries are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics runs only when configured and after your permission. Measurement covers pages, categories, projects and website actions, together with technical usage data processed by Google. Website events exclude names, phone numbers, emails, inquiry descriptions and file names or contents. Search is recorded as a recognized topic or a general value, rather than free text.
Cookies and browser storage
Your language choice and accessibility preferences are stored locally in this browser. An essential security cookie lasts up to 24 hours; administrator login uses an essential authentication cookie. When Google Analytics is configured, it starts only after permission; the choice lasts up to 180 days and can be changed through footer privacy preferences while measurement is configured. You can browse and submit an inquiry without analytics consent, and clear local storage in your browser.
Retention and information requests
Received inquiries and final files are retained for handling and follow-up, operational needs and obligations applying to the business. Received inquiries have no automatic fixed deletion date; temporary records are managed separately as described below. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention. Requests are assessed according to their circumstances and applicable law; we may request information needed to verify your identity.

Temporary information and backups
The essential forma-visitor security cookie separates visitor request limits for up to 24 hours; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Unfinished preparation records are marked for deletion after two days. Completed submissions leave a technical receipt without a second copy of the inquiry content, for up to seven days. Temporary upload files are cleaned separately. Cloud deletion may take additional time. Daily backups are retained for seven days, so deleted information may remain in a backup until it expires.
Processing locations and service providers
Firestore is configured in Israel, hosting servers in the Netherlands and file storage in the United States. Inquiry details also pass through Resend and the business email inbox for notification and handling. Providers and subprocessors may process data in other countries under their agreements. Notification emails include inquiry details but do not attach the file. WhatsApp opens an external service.
Idea companion and AI conversation
Choices and drafts stay in tab memory. Only continuing to the form saves a brief in sessionStorage for up to 30 minutes; it is removed after receipt and expiry is checked before use. An expired record may remain until the tab closes without navigation or refresh. Text is not included in the URL. Google Gemini, when enabled, is for adults aged 18+. Only after consent and Send does Google App Check / reCAPTCHA load, processing technical browser and device information to prevent abuse and potentially using browser storage. Requests passing local checks send recent messages and a shortened brief to Google for screening and answering, including processing outside Israel. Do not share contact details or sensitive data. Google may retain security logs under its terms. FORMA does not store the conversation in its database. Usage protection stores counters, block times, a broad approved topic and a hashed visitor identifier; if a trusted proxy is configured, a hashed IP is also stored. These contain no conversation text or raw IP. Records are marked for deletion after two inactive days; cloud deletion may take longer. No inquiry or WhatsApp message is sent automatically. Direct contact remains available without AI.
